The long course season is underway, and based on the first meet, Tidal Wave is going to enjoy quite a summer!  Maybe swimming short course meters throughout the winter eased the transition to long course.  Maybe descent weather outside helped the environment inside Mountain View.  Whatever factors added up, Tidal Wave swimmers took full advantage of the racing opportunities at the Rays LC Invite over the weekend and produced some very fast swims.  Harper Sampieri earned a new yellow cap, achieving a AAAA time in the 9-10 100 butterly (1:17.59)!!!  We had seven swimmers earn new Tidal Wave All-Time Top 10 swims.  Each age group had at least one swimmer achieve new top 10 swims.  Way to go swimmers!  A full list of the new top 10 swims follows:
