Atlanta Classic and Sprint Classic re-cap

The Atlanta Classic and Sprint Classic at GA Tech over the weekend gave Tidal Wave swimmers the chance to rub shoulders with some of the nation’s best swimmers, as well as throwing down some great swims of their own.  The nearly hour long fire alarm delay on Sunday did not limit team members from setting five new team records, racing in the same heat as Katie Ledecky, or dropping huge amounts of time!  Congratulations to Isabella Klinefelter for breaking team records in the senior girls 50 (26.90), 100 (57.40), and 200 (2:04.29) free!  Connor Haigh broke both of his own team records in the senior breaststroke events, securing an Olympic Trials cut in the 100 breast (1:01.99) and nearly added another cut in the 200 breast (2:16.07)!
